Restricted Territories

The ability to access or use the Website or Services does not mean that it is legal in the country or region where the user resides. No guarantee is given as to whether the Services are legal in any particular location.

Big Boost may block access to the Website and Services for users in certain regions. These territories currently include, but are not limited to, the United States, the Netherlands, France, the Dutch West Indies, and Curacao.

Technical measures are used to prevent people in Restricted Territories from using the Website or Services. Big Boost is not responsible for any damages caused by attempts to access the platform from these territories, including by using tools or methods designed to circumvent these restrictions.

Any money added to an account from a Restricted Territory, whether the person is there temporarily or permanently, will be confiscated and will not be returned.

Placing Your Bets and Fairness of Games

Players can only place bets up to the lower of: the amount available in their account, or the betting limits stated in the Game Rules. Minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game are set at Big Boost’s discretion and clearly shown on the website before a bet is placed.

Big Boost is not responsible if a player joins a game without fully understanding the Game Rules or how the game works.

Using the Services comes with the risk of losing money. Players accept full responsibility for any losses and agree that they are using the Services by their own choice and at their own risk. No claims can be made against Big Boost, its parent group, or any of its staff for losses incurred.

All games are created by trusted third-party developers and tested by independent labs to ensure fairness. These tests include checking random number generators (RNG) and return-to-player (RTP) percentages.

Big Boost does not control the technical operation of the games. It is not responsible for any bugs or technical issues in the games that may affect RNG or RTP results.

Some games have maximum payout limits, as explained in their Game Rules. It is the player’s responsibility to read and understand these rules, including the fact that winnings may be capped even if a higher bet is placed.

Use of Our Website

Using the Website on a mobile network (instead of free or paid Wi-Fi) may lead to extra data charges from a user’s mobile provider. Big Boost is not responsible for any of these charges.

If a player gets disconnected while playing a game, the system will try to continue the game from where it left off once the player logs back in and reopens the game. However, this is not guaranteed. If the game cannot be resumed, any unsettled bets or stakes will be returned to the player’s account.

If the disconnection happened during a bonus or feature that gave a chance to increase winnings, only the winnings up to that point will be credited. The bonus feature won’t continue after reconnection.

If no further input or decisions are needed after the disconnection, the game will be completed and settled automatically as usual.
